Terms & Conditions
Delivery
The company undertakes to effect delivery as promptly as possible. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as they may be affected
by circumstances beyond our control. Neither Fero Beauty nor their nominated carrier will accept claims for consequential losses
due to late delivery.
Prices
Prices are those ruling at the date of despatch and are subject to alteration as may be necessary. All prices shown include
VAT at 15%
Claims
Claims arising from loss or damage to goods in transit must be notified to the company in writing within 3 days of receipt of the
goods in the case of damage and 14 days from the date of the invoice in the case of loss. Claims made outside the above limits will
not normally be entertained by the company.
Cancellation
Cancellation of an order prior to delivery can only be accepted on the following terms: Standard equipment or products - 10% handling.
Cancellations after despatch cannot be accepted.
General
Goods are sold on the understanding that they will only be used for their intended purpose by fully trained, responsible persons, or
students under qualified instruction. NO responsibility will be accepted by Fero Beauty Ltd for damage or injury resulting from
accidental misuse by untrained personnel without qualified supervision. Goods are NOT sold on a sale or return basis.
