Delivery Information
Delivery to any addresses in the GB Mainland takes 1-3 business days from when your order is despatched.
Parcels that weigh less than 1kg are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Special Delivery. Parcels that weigh over 1kg are sent by
City Link.
There is a delivery charge of £5.10 (Ex VAT) for orders
under the value of £50 (Ex VAT) to all GB mainland addresses.
International orders and orders to the far north of scotland, the channel islands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland
may have an increased shipping charge. You will
be e-mailed once you have placed your order to confirm the delivery cost.
Please ensure that deliveries are shipped to an address where a signature can be obtained. Parcels sent by recorded Special delivery
will be kept at the local Royal Mail depot if there is no-one available to accept delivery. City Link will try to deliver your parcel
on 3 occasions before they return it to their local depot for collection.
Claims arising from the loss or damage to goods in transit must be notified to the company in writing within 3 days of receipt of
the goods in the case of damage and 14 days of the date of the invoice in case of loss. Claims outside of the above limits
will not normally be entertained by the company.
The company undertakes to effect delivery as promptly as possible. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as they may be affected
by circumstances beyond our control. Neither Fero Beauty nor their nominated carrier will accept claims for consequential losses
due to late delivery.
