Delivery Information

Delivery to any addresses in the GB Mainland takes 3-5 business days from when your order is despatched unless you select Next Working Day Delivery (this must be ordered before 1pm) in your shopping cart. Parcels that weigh less than 1.5kg are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Parcels that weigh over 1.5kg are sent by Parcel Force.

Please note that a delivery charge will apply if redeeming loyalty points takes you below the free delivery threshold.

International orders and orders to the far north of Scotland, The Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland may have an increased shipping charge. You will be e-mailed once you have placed your order to confirm the delivery cost.

Please ensure that deliveries are shipped to an address where a signature can be obtained. Parcels sent by recorded Special delivery will be kept at the local Royal Mail or Parcel Force depot if there is no-one available to accept delivery. We will deliver to the address as you enter it, and can not accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. We can neither accept responsibility if the delivery driver is unable to gain access because of entry phone systems or flats with security entry.

If the parcel is returned due to non-collection a further charge will be required in order to ship again.

Claims arising from the loss or damage to goods in transit must be notified to the company in writing within 3 days of receipt of the goods in the case of damage and 14 days of the date of the invoice in case of loss. Claims outside of the above limits will not normally be entertained by the company.

The company undertakes to effect delivery as promptly as possible. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as they may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. Neither Fero Beauty nor their nominated carrier will accept claims for consequential losses due to late delivery.

Please note that we cannot ship heavy items such as furniture to non-UK addresses.
