Synthetic Hair brushes are usually made of Nylon and are the make-up artist’s choice for ‘laying down’ liquid products such as concealers, as nylon is less absorbent and does not trap make-up media in the same way natural hair does. Nylon is also preferred for sponge applicators, eyebrow brushes and mascara wands.
